Delivery Timelines

• Processing time: Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
• Metro cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may be a little longer during festive seasons (Diwali, wedding season) due to high courier volumes.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry a small additional handling fee, shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Areas We Deliver To

We currently ship pan-India, including most PIN codes serviceable by our courier partners. In rare cases of remote or restricted PIN codes, our team will reach out to you directly to arrange an alternate delivery method.

Damaged or Missing Package

We take great care in packaging every churi securely. If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or a piece seems to be missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product, and we'll resolve it promptly — a replacement or refund, whichever suits you best.
