We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

7-Day Easy Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:

• Unused, unworn and in its original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags/labels intact
• Not part of our non-returnable category (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

• Made-to-order or customised bridal sets (custom size/colour requests)
• Items marked "Final Sale" during clearance or festive discounts
• Products damaged due to misuse after delivery

How to Request a Return

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the product.
2. Our team will confirm pickup or share a return address, depending on your location.
3. Once the item reaches us and passes a quick quality check, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
• COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI — we'll collect your details while processing the return.
• Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour instead of a refund? Let us know while raising your return request and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original item is received, subject to stock availability.
